OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
  • Must sign rental agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking, or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours. 
  • The front door is a short (100 ft) uphill walk from the parking area. Guests must park in designated area or on the street to allow garage access to basement tenant.
  • Exterior cameras at front and side doors for your safety and security; no interior cameras.
