Booking & Payments

Do I save money by booking here? +
Yes! Booking directly through our website guarantees you the lowest price—no extra platform fees.
What are your payment terms? +
50% is due at booking; the balance is due one month before check-in. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due at booking.
Are there additional fees (cleaning, taxes, etc.)? +
Yes. When you enter your dates, you’ll see a detailed breakdown including cleaning fees, state & county taxes, and a damage waiver fee.
Do you require a damage deposit or waiver? +
Yes. A small damage waiver fee is included in your booking for protection during your stay.
Do you offer any discounts? +
  • 10% off for repeat guests (stays of 6 nights or less – request code).
  • 15% off for stays of 7 nights or more (automatically applied).
Discounts apply to nightly rates only, cannot be combined, and are valid exclusively on pecanbelle.com.
What is your cancellation policy? +
  • More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund
  • 7–30 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Within 7 days of check-in: Non-refundable
Optional third-party travel insurance may be available at checkout for extra peace of mind.

Amenities

Do you provide baby and kid-friendly items? +
We make family travel easy with: Pack ’n Play (with sheets & bassinet), high chair, baby gate, step stool, outlet covers, noise machine, kids’ dishware and utensils, audio baby monitor, toys, books, and a bathtub.
Do you provide bathroom essentials? +
Yes—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton swabs & rounds, and a hairdryer.
Are pantry staples provided? +
A starter supply: extra virgin olive oil, basic spices, coffee (K-cups & grounds), tea, sugar, and half & half.
Is firewood provided for the firepit? +
No. The nearby Kroger and convenience store sell firewood. You’re welcome to use any leftovers from prior guests.
Is the backyard fenced? +
No—it’s open and includes a small creek at the back. Please keep an eye on children while exploring.
Do you use scented cleaning products? +
No. We use fragrance-free detergents and dryer sheets to keep the home fresh and allergy-friendly.

Check-In & Check-Out

What time is check-in and check-out? +
Check-in: 4:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out? +
We do our best! Availability depends on the cleaning schedule. Message us the day before and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
How does check-in work? +
Self check-in via smart lock. Your unique code and welcome guide are emailed shortly after booking.

Property Rules & Policies

Is smoking and vaping allowed? +
Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. If you smoke outside, please close doors/windows and dispose of butts responsibly. Evidence of indoor smoking will incur additional cleaning fees.
Are pets allowed? +
Sorry, no pets—this helps keep the home clean and allergen-friendly for all guests.
What are the quiet hours? +
10 PM–8 AM, out of respect for our lovely neighbors and the basement tenant.
How many guests are allowed? +
Up to 6 guests may stay. If you’d like a few extra daytime visitors, please contact us first—written approval is required.

Basement Apartment & Shared Spaces

Is there a tenant on the property? +
Yes. The basement level is a separate, private apartment with a full-time tenant. Guests have exclusive access to the main house and yard, while the tenant uses a separate entrance and parks in the garage.

You may occasionally see her coming or going in the driveway, but she’s quiet, respectful, and values your privacy.
What spaces are shared? +
The only shared space is the laundry area in the garage. You can use it anytime during your stay — just keep in mind the tenant may also do laundry occasionally. You can lock the interior deadbolt for full privacy and security inside the home.

Parking

Is parking available? +
Yes—free driveway parking for up to three cars, plus free street parking for two vehicles. Boats, RVs, and trailers aren’t permitted.

Safety & Security

Are safety devices installed? +
Yes—smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the home, and fire extinguishers on every level.
Are there security cameras? +
Yes—exterior cameras at the front and side doors for your safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

Special Requests

Can I host a party, event, or photoshoot? +
Parties, events, and commercial photo/video shoots aren’t permitted without prior written approval.
Can I decorate the home? +
Yes—please avoid glitter and confetti, and take care to prevent damage. Fees may apply for any damage caused by decorations.
Can deliveries arrive before check-in? +
Please contact us with your plans—we’re happy to coordinate when possible.
